雙組份打膠機操作
Two component gluer operation
1.連接氣源:
1. Connect the air source:
打開電源，調節減壓閥0.4~0.6Mpa，檢查系統是否有泄漏。然后試運行以下動作:(1)泵A舉升;(2)泵A充氣;(3) B泵提升;(4) B泵充氣。注:升油缸升起時，若兩缸不同步，請降原點重新操作。

2.將A、B部件膠桶放置到位，并與A、B膠泵軸線對齊。

1)作手動閥將A泵升高點。在吊裝過程中，觀察管路是否拉伸過緊。

4)開機試膠:打開主泵氣源開關，按下膠槍開關，待A泵的空氣從槍口排出后停止，繼續上膠

用同樣的方法操作泵B。

3.上膠操作:

1)松開比例桿上的比例泵鎖緊螺桿，將比例泵的內外調節到所需的比例。只有當A膠和B膠的配比達到正常值時，才能進行以下操作。

4.更換塑料桶:
